It may be 500 days..then maybe 900 days...
here is my theory...if they do it that way...by the laws of nature
the applicant will finally either be frustrated or s/he will be
fired from the co... and then INS won't have to process the
application.
As for petition, it will probably be sent and will lie in some
corner of INS, gathering dust. Petitions work in civilized
societies, not in rag-tag cowboy societies.
Again, the fact is nobody cares about a group that does not
care for themselves. INS knows what a group of wimps
they are dealing with.. I would have probably done the same if I
were them.
I don't know how to scream any more that the only language
that works in this system is money-based negotiation. I see
no way other than us contributing significant amount of money
( millions of dollars ) and trying to negotiate a faster processing.
