Any EB2s from May/June 2002

The current status dates for EB2 at VSC is showing July 2002.

My I140 has a RD of 6/14/2002 - still pending.

Any one else out there with May/June RDs for I140 - that will gives us an idea of the accuracy of the status dates.

EB2 : 04/03/02
EB3 : 07/10/02

Mine is I 140 - EB2
RD 07/10
ND 07/13
May be it will take 2 or 3 months.

What does that mean india usa? Is EB2 E21 or E12?
Many say EB2 is E21. Can any one pls clarify this doubt.
My details are

I -140 - Applied on Aug 1st 2002.
ND - don't know
AD -???
 
Mine is EB2 Category.Please some one tell me is EB2 E12 or E21?
My lawyer said last month that VSC is processing June cases.So I think E21 is EB2... But therer r a lot of May, June cases to be cleared off! I wonder what this scenario is..........

These guys are putting all this info just for the heck of it.
I am I-140, EB-2, ND of June 11.

You will find countless others who are around my date or
even pre-date me and are hanging in limbo.

Its just a pity that all you guys take all these junk dates of
processing that have been posted so seriously. Its a
hogwash and nothing else.

And if you do get to speak to an IIO over phone ( which you
can statistically with a .000001 probability ), you may hear
just another set of hogwash.

Summary is : Nobody helps or cares for those who
don't want to help themselves.

EB2 Masters case!

What kind of time schedule does VSC posts? I have a notice date of 5/29/02 and have yet to receive any response from BCIS.

I have filed concurrently with reciept of I-140 on 10/7/02.

Fortunately, I have received EAD/AP (12/03/02) and FP was done on 12/04/02.

Do they plan to change mass message to 80-500 days??? Are they answerable to anyone????

What happened to that petition Mr. Rajive Khanna was supposed to have available for us to sign online?

It may be 500 days..then maybe 900 days...

here is my theory...if they do it that way...by the laws of nature
the applicant will finally either be frustrated or s/he will be
fired from the co... and then INS won't have to process the
application.

As for petition, it will probably be sent and will lie in some
corner of INS, gathering dust. Petitions work in civilized
societies, not in rag-tag cowboy societies.

Again, the fact is nobody cares about a group that does not
care for themselves. INS knows what a group of wimps
they are dealing with.. I would have probably done the same if I
were them.

I don't know how to scream any more that the only language
that works in this system is money-based negotiation. I see
no way other than us contributing significant amount of money
( millions of dollars ) and trying to negotiate a faster processing.
