What is your Nd date. i know you mentioned Sep 2003. Also How about yuor Pd date. Since my ND is sep 22 2003 and PD is March 2003 with Eb2. Now I have a friend with Sep 2003 of Eb2 catg

I'm pretty sure you will be getting approval pretty soon. Since you got PD as 2000, I do not udnerstand how they will keep you waiting so long. These NSC Jerks.

140 RFE - Response received by USCIS in end of December, 2004 (Mostly my 2nd EAD/AP triggered 140 processing/RFE) - LUD update continued for 4 days after receiving response and after it stopped....
