Any EAD Approvals from VSC for November 1'st Filers

I have no news yet on my EAD. End of November, I got my I-140 approved but EAD is still pending . Any approvals from VSC for November 1'st week Filers ? Website says that its processing November 15'th for almost 4 weeks now. Status says its taking between 60-90 days :confused:

RD Nov 19, 2004

I have applied for AP and EAD in Nov and RD is Nov 19 for me and my wife. There is a LUD on Feb 2nd, 2005 on EAD but not approved yet.

hello linux,
same situation with mine, my RD is 11/6/2004 and I saw LUD changes on 2/2/2005 and 2/3/2005. I havent seen anything after that. Looks like there is a huge backlog with the VSC ? Any thoughts??

Anyone else with a similar situation ?
 
I am originally from VSC but my case got transferred to Philadelphia quite some time ago. When it was time for me to renew my EAD I was informed by Philadelphia Service Center, who issued my last EAD, that starting November of last year they are no longer accepting any EAD applications. I was advised to submit my renewal application to the National Benefits Center at Missouri. I submitted my application at MSC over the internet on Dec 8th, I set up an appointment at the Philadelphia ASC for my photo and finger printing on Jan 12th and my application was approved on Feb 9th. Everything was very smooth. I was wondering if such a rule also applies to VSC applicants.

same here

I got an RFE on dec 23. Sent a reply back and was received by uscis on dec 29th. LUD changed thrice and now shows jan. 10th. But no update after that.
 
looks like the processing dates changed today , shows updated as of 2/10/05 but VSC processing of I-765 is still showing 11/15/2004 . Has not moved in the last 3 months from that date . Has anyone received EAD's from VSC lately ?

hi zinchak,
looks like there is a major backlog at the VSC, i have not received any RFE's but not the card either. had one LUD on 2/3/2005 nothing after that

Hi,

Applied for EAD at VSC on Nov 6th,
Recd RFE on Dec 14th.
Replied to RFE on Dec 28th
Nothing changed for a while.
Case status got updated on Feb 17th to EAD approved.

hope this helps.
 
Hope to hear something shorty Mad.. let's hangin there.. we should hear something.. it is definitely taking time..
 
Applied EAD for my wife in Nov , no approval yet..

Response updated on Jan 5th..couple of updates later..Last update 1/12..
No approval yet...

I am in same boat. USCIS received RFE responce on 24th jan. Status updated twice on 29th and 31st. No approval so far.

what is your rd, looks like JP356 ead was approved today with a RD of 11/6/2004. My RD is 11/6/2004, hope to get it anytime. My wife's LUD changed to 2/16/2005 last night, mine still stays at 2/3/2005.

Dont know whats going on ? :confused:

I did receive EAD/AP in Dec'2004 3rd week. But my wife EAD/AP not yet approved yet. I applied on Dec 13th 2004
