Mine is not approved ? Is ur EAD is approved . I saw some EAD with receipt date for jan 7 was approved on jan 22,2003, that is today.

Here is info for that receipt#

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On January 22, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

What is ur receipt date jan 6 or jan 9 .Could you tell the date which INS say, "your i1765 application was received on ".

EAD approval from Local INS!

I have submitted for EAD renewal at local INS on Jan 9th. I got my EAD approval from Local INS office yesterday by email. I have to go there next week to get my EAD card in person.

What a relief, I am already on admin. leave (no pay) since Jan. 17th. My office lawyer told I cant start working until I get the card (approval notice is not sufficient it seems!)

Hello guys still waiting for EAD (eac-03-062-xxxxx) approval for the over 2 months still no sign.

Spoke with IIO this afternoon about my Ead case .... said it will take another 4-6 weeks for approval. This is a painfull wait.

Hello any EAD approvals today????


I checked couple of EAC# with RD .

I think INS will pick every day first few receipt#, Say EAC03XXX50001-EAC03XXX50010,and approving them and living rest for later .Is this way INS will work . If this is correct i will get approval for my 485 and EAD...

lawyer apply our application. But my wife not yet approved. I am surprised, RD/ND was only one day and approved only 2 weeks.

That is what i am seeing the difference in approvals, if lawayer applies our case it will approve sooner than we apply by our own
 
Is there any EAD approvals today? I am seeing lot people getting their EAD approvals , if lawyer filed on thier behalf.So I am assume it will be same if other than us file our EAD our behalf.

Tried several times today to speak with INS officer , the number is continously engage.

I dont know howmuch time it will take for my EAD approval??
