What is the printed date on your first NL?

i applied my self, i met a person in the US embassy and his' case no is lower than mine he also said that he got his NL on July 31st.
 
Fery - Just Curious, why it took so long for Name clearance, is it normal in Colombo for such Name clearance or it is specific to your case?

my name is common and the embassy guys said its a normal thing.but i met several people in the embassy all of them got there visa in 2 weeks except me.
