i am april 2002 filer. still waiting. raised inquiry with uscis and contacted senator both of them said that case is pending with uscis and allow us 60 to 90 days. i don;t know what they mean by this.
I'm guessing that many people never bother to update the tracker once they are approved but there appear to be *tons* of people who aren't yet approved.
Under the summary stats (http://www.rupnet.net/immigration/summary.asp?place=100), April 2002 shows 295 cases filed (remember these are just the ones that rupnet knows about -- the average for a month is probably over 400 / day or about 12000 total ). Of these, 137 are approved, 55 have pending RFE's, 36 have received the RFE response, and 66 have done their 2nd FP). Again, many of the cases have probably never been updated and have been approved but this seems to indicate that a lot of people aren't approved yet.
It's really too bad that the service centers can't set up a tracker so we could see all cases (with the case # hidden of course) and get a truly accurate picture of what is going on.
Do not loose hope bud. Me and my wife's cases are pending too . Contacted Congressman in July. Raised Enquiry twice. FP and Name check have been clearedby FBI..
