Any 2005 EB2 INDIA PERM Cases approved?

Any one got lucky from the EB2 India 2005 PERM Batch who submitted their I-485s before retrogression.

I heard I-485 will be processed on Receipt Date , Not on Priority Date.

So me people got lucky .. Those got approved whose PD and RD in 2005.

Please post if you are EB2 India 2005 PERM case.

I have seen few cases that are approved..

My RDs and NDs are close to yours..

did you call TSC? I was told my namecheck is pending, although, InforPass IO told me it was all clear..

dude, did you call TSC to schedule your 2nd bio? I called and I got it withing 2 weeks..dont miss the boat..

My dates are almost similar to you with EB2 category. I know you since your were in the sept 2005 concurrent filing thread, waiting for receipt notice like me :)
Last month I came to know from infopass and TSC that my namecheck is pending. Have written letters to senator & FL and waiting to see if my luck gives me a pleasent surprise.

EB2 PERM INDIA APprovced

My EB2 perm got certified in July2005 from Atlanta PC. My I485 was approved last week from TSC and I got my green card yeterday August 4th2007.

My EB2 PERM got certified in July 2005 like yours and I filed 485 in September 2005, but I am still waiting for my 485 approval. Did you give Finger Prints recently? was it Code 1 ?

I am also one of 2005 EB2 PERM waites. I called up TSC recently, was told that name check is pending and visa number is NOT assigned. I know two of my friends with similar RD got approved. The recent news about OCT-07 visa bulleten is very discouraging. They are anticipating EB2 -INDIA to backlog to JAN-2003. In the same article they gave stats about recent EB3 approvals for INDIA. But they did not give any stats for EB2 INDIA. Any thoughts?

Since they approved so many EB-3, but very few EB-2, I expect EB-2 to be heavily backlogged. EB-3 dates will leap ahead. Maybe not in Oct, but perhaps in Nov, Dec or Jan.

I have already gave my 2nd bio in may.
I called TSC, but they did not give me any useful information, Though I have opened a SR.

Per 2005 PERM data (from flcdatacenter.com) we have approx mately 1350 (all EB 1, 2, 3, ... cases excluding dependents).

Since 2005 PD is going to be current from August1st , I hope and wish every one from 2004 , 2005 and 2006 gets it.

Post any LUD's or updates.

I still see some active members from 2005 PERM Batch.

I notice your last FP was in May 2007. I guess you will be completing 15 months mark sometimes in August, like me.

So far I am done with all three FPs, code 1,2 and 3. My last FP of code 1 will expire in the first week of August. I am not sure if they reuse FP.

Yes they might expire,
Last time when I went for my EAD FPs, I have requested them to take or record the same for my I-485 also but they said , no need you will get a notice when you are required.

I dont think it really matters. Lets wait or we can schedule a FP appointment by calling USCIS.
