Any 2005 EB2 INDIA PERM Cases approved?

Hi VJ2004,
I do not think CIS processes I 485 based on RD. If that was true then 2003 PD I 485 that were received in July 2007 fiasco would not have neen approved. There are tons of those approved. Check at : www.trackitt.com for India and then EB2.

I think they look for I 140/labour cert PD . I 485 RD will not much matter as long as it was pending for 6 months (new name check rule).

Yes I too believe they will process based on PD, but for some cases it might work based on RD when the both applications PD are current. I have seen very few cases are approved last year.

We can not predict how USCIS acts. BTW , most of 2005 PERM case filers RD also 2005.

Thanks
Vj

Hi greatgc and DSLstart,

May be we might not worry about the Fingerprints expiration. .. see this.
In a April 6, 2007, notice, USCIS announced a new system of records called the Biometric
Storage System of Records; in doing so, USCIS stated in its preliminary information that:
Currently, USCIS does not have a centralized, long-term storage program for fingerprint
biometrics. Accordingly, applicants are sometimes required to return to an USCIS
Application Support Center (ASC) to provide fingerprints again during the case
adjudication process. BSS will store the biometric information, thereby decreasing the
burden on applicants by negating the need to provide multiple sets of biometric data.8
(Emphasis added).

Good Luck to you too VJ.

I notice your last FP was in May 2007. I guess you will be completing 15 months mark sometimes in August, like me.

So far I am done with all three FPs, code 1,2 and 3. My last FP of code 1 will expire in the first week of August. I am not sure if they reuse FP.

VJ2004,

You are good!

I READ AND UNDERSTOOD both links!
COOL!

Based on the details, it looks like we do not need to worry much for finger prints.
They need it to confirm the indendity and background checks and it's all clear in my case.

They can simply retrive the data from their system, if they need.

Good info. I am bit relieved.

Thanks

Thanks,

You know what, eventhough, technically still there is a week of time to become our PD current.

I believe not only me all of you whose PD is going to be current probably thinking 100 times day and night about it. I do :)

Frankly there is no relief until we get our GC.

YES- I agree.

I guess you are right! When the PD was not supposed to be current I was at more peace.
Now it is a constant thought in the back of the mind while doing any thing.

I wish every one gets thru this torture fast and be done with it!!This "waiting" game is killing me, I am not good at that!

2 more days to go ...

One more thing I noticed .. Most of all 2005 PERM filers also have similiar fingure prinitng dates. Second FPs are done in May 2007.

I hope and wish every one gets their GC by next week.

VJ 2004,

I also had my second FP on 05/10/2007.

EB2/NIW concurrent 09/2005
Was stucked in NC, do not know the NC status now.

Call the customer service, they will tell you whether it is still pending or cleared.

But what I heard is after 180 days of your I-485 filing it really does not matter.

Looks like the 2005 apoprovals started just now. Seen some approvals in other forums @ trackitt.

I think Approval rate if very low.

If the USCIS officers are going to be this slow in processing, I doubt they can process all applications for available visas.

That may mean, in Sep., Eb2 India will stand where it is or it may move bit forward unless USCIS picks up speed in approving pending cases.

My expedited request for AP is accepted and I should get the approval soon, I got a letter from the USCIS y'day.

Strange, not many approvals so far, In other forums I see some 2006 June approvals.. hard to believe .. whether they are genune or fake.

Looks like NSC is better than TSC in processing.

I see many updates on NSC but TSC. Additionally, they are processing 2006 applications!!!

2006 PDs are getting better approvals..

looks like 2006 PDs are getting approvals .
Does USCIS has any pattern to pick any application? or they generally pick from the lot ?

Wait is killing...

Add my name (Aug-25-2005).. I had an issue on I-140. They put wrong PD as (Aug-25-2006). Just now i corrected , I am waiting for new I-140 corrected document. ... My name check is still pending ...

How do find out that your name check is pending? My PD is 8/24/2005 and last LUD was aon 11/14/2007. Nothing after that:-(

You can find out from either calling customer service number or take infopass appointment.

These days customer service people are not giving much info, request them to connect to Service Center customer center or upper level.
If you are lucky then you will be get connected to the righ tpeople.
