Any 2003 I-140 left?

Lud on approved EAD application

Friends,

I have seenLUD on the I-765 EAD application which was approved on 12/09/04. I have also recived the EAD cards.

Then what this LUD could be for ? Does it have to do any thing with the LUD on I-140 ? Pl. see the signature for details. :confused:

Just now i got the email that my I-140 is approved.When i did not get any reply for the 2 enquiries and my employer told not to contact congressman/senator i lost hope.Finally some light at the end of the tunnel..
I sincerely wish all of you waiting from 2003 get your approvals soon.
So far no change in I-485..

I have got 2 emails as below from USCIS Today

1.
Current Status:

Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by
the post office on February 16, 2005. To update the mailing address so
this notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service
Center at (800) 375-5283.


2.
Current Status:

On February 16, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

I am just trying to figure out what does this mean ? Does anyone has simmilar messages before ? As per the 2nd email to whom the Document goes ? Diretly to me,Attorney or Employer ? Pl. help.

One msg looks like they approved your I-140 and they mailed it.If you moved your residence,then you need to call and inform USCIS.
The second msg looks like they issued an FP notice.

It gives me good relief . I am hoping it should be the same.

BTW, I called up USCIS to confirm the address and the lady on the other side said she could not see the address on my I-140 case. I am not sure what could be the reason...

So as of now I don't know to which address my 2nd document is mailed....!

my 140&485 approved on 2/16/05

I am very glad to inform that my I140&I485 approved on 2/26/2005. My details are

EB2
PD: 6/2001
ND: 4/18/2003(Both)
FP1: 6/2003
FP2: 12/2004
AD: 2/16/05(Both)

My lawyer contacted TSC around 5 times, but no response.

I contacted my local congressman. They are very helpful and contacted TSC many times. It helped to get my second finger print notice.

I suggest all 2003 people who have not contacted congressman/senator, you better contact them as soon as you can. In my case it really helped.

I wish all 2003 people will get approved soon.
 
Question about 3 years degree

My friend sent me a memo document which says that, its a problem to have a 3 years degree with another deploma and It is not being considered and there is a possibility of getting rejected. Anyone with 3 years degree got their 140 approved lately? my 140 is pending for long time, didn't get query but not approved also, please suggest me what can I do to if I get any RFE.

I was out sick for a week so I didn't update this...
And when I was out, a few of you got approved! I am so happy for you.
Also, I just want to let you guys know that I got my second FP notice!!! My laywer received it last week but the web site was not updated. I am scheduled to go on March 1!!! Isn't that great!

12, it is not a mistake. 140Today was not in the initial list.
For you to know, my lawyer faxed me my fingerprint notice and I am going on March 1 at 10am. I am very happy!! Hopefully, the light at the end of the tunnel is not a train!!!

Got RFE today

Today I got an RFE. I don't know the details yet, as soon as I come to know the details, I will post it. I doubt it could be educational evaluation since I have only 3 years degree(Bsc.) and one and half years computer diploma.

I-140 got approved today. RFE on education evaluation 1/27/05, RFE replied on 02/23/05. Good luck to everyone!
