I know lot of consultants put on projects thru subcontracting by rapidigm, though rapid-dime prefer to put as direct, obviously.

Also about recruiter things, wait till you get your turn to be
sucked by those vampires.

Only God will take care of those bastards/betryers. They promised
so many things..Why give promise if they know that they are not
going to keep.

I agree with GodBless123 that Rapidigm recruiters are bastards. Seriously, the recruiter I know is in fact a bastard, literally! He still doesn\'t know who his dad is! These M...F..ers get their GC quickly but purposely delay ours. I really don\'t understand this pay cut especially for people on projects. What if the client cuts the rate by tomorrow? They will anyway cut our salary again if that happens. Real assh..s. How I wish I had GC.
 
Any lattest news on the Rapidigm 10% pay cut ??

Did anybody got any news about Rapidigm Inc. 10% pay cut people were talking about recently? Please post your findings in came to know anything.
 
I am scared to talk to recruiter.

So far I have been trying to talk to my recruiter to get my yearly hike which was due by aug\'2001. I got leave voicemail, no reply and never. Now I am stopped calling him. But one thing is sure, they will come to a day, to pay price for all done to employees. hoping everybody know that recruiters are also in same boat of layoff.. started with pavan,... some more to come.... let us pray for the day !!
 
caz most desis have the habit of lying about ages

Most desis lie about age. Their actual DOB is soemthing, the Certificate says something else. This is to get admissions and what not. I think India has age factors for almost everything (limits). So people are lot younger on their certificates. And i know tonnes of them especially the failure specialists (10th fail x times, inter fail blah, blah).
And RAPIDIGM being a DESI HUB (they know the tricks of the trade). Perhaps that\'s why they insist on ORIGINALS. What they dunno is these days some desis can even create ORIGINALS at home.
 
ANY RECENT APPROVALS IN RAPIDIGM ?

Has any one got approval recently .
My Mar \'01 EB2 filing, FP done. No RFE so far.
 
Hey Lui, wait for some time ...

Now only Jan 01 cases are getting approved. I know people who waited for years for the approval after filing for I-485. So hold your pants and wait for some time.
 
Recruiter doesn\'t reply to Emails or Phone calls

My Recruiter doesn\'t reply to my Emails or Phone calls.
Does it mean that they are planning to terminate my employment.

Any one else in a similar situation ?
 
I got approved on October 9th.

Approved on Oct. 9th. No RFE.

My RD is 12/12/00 and ND is 12/27/00. I am yet to get my passport stamped (probably will get it done next week).

Most of the Rapidigm folks in similar situation. Their recruiters
never reply call/email. They just do one think, keep sucking
untill employees die/leave.
