Another Bio Appointment!!!

I am glad that you contacted that office I was reffering to. Each person'a experience is different, and I have contacted my congressional office one time. It was one year ago. I am still waiting for answer to my question, let alone assistance. however, I am glad that you contacted the abdusman's office. This is what happens, depending on how fast they recieve your letter. They will forward the letter to the USCIS on your behave, and they will send you a formal letter informing that they have forwarded your letter to the USCIS. in the letter they will tell you that the USCIS will contact you within 45 days regarding your case. the USCIS will either produce your greencard, or will send you a detailed explaination on why they are having you produce this duplicate BIO. Wish you good luch...and by the way...I was approved on May 25...and waiting for the welcome notice and the plastic-card...Good luck...

Thanks for the info you provided. As far Senator's office experience of mine is not like you. They made inquiry on my behalf & found out the same story that my bio is not in their file & USCIS said as I was scheduled to be on May 4th but I did not appear cause they did not receive the bio from the ASC place. But as I mentioned I appeared exactly as requested now if ASC don't send that to USCIS that's not my fault. As a matter of fact I showed up at the same ASC place & explained them about the previous bio failed to transmit & on May 19 ASC again had my bio captured but USCIS still didn't receive that. I mailed USCIS a letter explaining them everything with all those bio receipts which has their processing stamps with dates to prove that I appeared & had my bio.
I also mailed same to Ombudsman explaining everything & also to my Senator's office.
I received a call from Senator's office saying this is ridiculous & staff said she's going to make another inquiry to find out why this kept happening.
I finally received another bio appointment letter from USCIS for June 10th.
What a mess??????? How many more times I need to be at the ASC to get my bio captured & than result would fail to reach USCIS due to what or who knows ???????? Last time (May 19) when I was explaining ASC people about May 4th didn't go through they replied it could happen due to their server problem but my question is I did that three times so far & what kind of server them ASC are using that don't transmit my bio. If they have some problems they should fix that right away cause for this not only me but lot other applicants are suffering for sure.
This is really funny cause in this modern scientific world & one of the most developed country like United States this type of things are happening.
If it was like my country(COP) which unfortunately a third world country, it would be acceptable but not in United States.

I dealt with something very similar for my asylum application (there was no BIO back then, just fingerprints). I worked closely with the person in my congressman's office and she brought the matter to the attention of headquarters.

I think you are doing the right thing. Put the pressure up and someone will do something to break the logjam.

Thanks Comcast, As I said thing is already worse enough so I'm just trying every possible way I can get some justice. God is all in all & I sure have no doubt in my mind about that.
Thanks for putting little humor on this cause I have become so much frustrated with this damn issue that I even forgot that part.
Lets see what Senator's office & finally the Ombudsman thing which helps better. As I said next one would be way above that.
I could remember from some previous posts a lady was having trouble with her immigration issues & finally seeked help from first lady Laura Bush & it helped her case processed real quick. Lets see what's in my fate. Who knows I may not even have to go that far. I'm just waiting for my next bio appointment for June 10th. If that one fails as before than I must do something. Cause that would be my fourth time bio attempt & there are no ways in the earth something could fail for the 4th time for sure.
Need all your sincere prayer to resolve this. Had enough fun already no more & I bet it's time to get serious business. Just being a resident alien no one has got no rights to play with me & my valuable time.
I have come across all this way by no one's mercy but being proven to be granted so I ain't leaving it easily. And I'm sure great God is with me cause I ain't asking for any extra favor from no one but just what I deserve.
