Annulled Marriage

My spouce was married for some months about 15 yrs ago. He tells me, he later told the woman to go ahead and annull the marriage, but he was never part of the final procedure. Would this pose a problem for me when i start filing my apllication

Absolutely. Unless you have legal proof that the annulment took place, your marriage is likely to be invalid and your husband has committed a crime.
