This is very good discussion forum ... a friend of mine referred me to this.
- My labor certificate was filed with Texas workforce in Nov 2001
- It went to Texas Service Center in Feb 2002
- NOF received and response sent to them in Aug 2002
Since then nothing has happened on my case.
If I check status of other GC filed by my company, there are three other cases pending with me (all were sent NOF at the same time and the response was sent by the same time).
More uncomfortable is that there were other cases that reached DOL after my date (May 2002) and they were approved recently
Any suggestions for me?
