An Agent, a Green Card, and a Demand for Sex

This is what happens when you get an agency that refuses to hold its members accountable for their behavior--I mean too many "minor" misdeeds go unpunished so some people are tempted to violate the public trust in a big way.

But can you blame a USCIS official to be corrupt? USCIS changes it fees every year and still provide worthless service...USCIS is corrupt dont you think?

Workers tend to follow how a company acts...When USCIs is corrupt, 50 percent chance is that employees may follow the same path.

Corruption has many meanings. According to one in webster dicitionary:

"The practice of improper use of influence, power, and other means."

USCIS uses its power to get as much money as they can from poor immigrants without giving them proper benefits.

full disclosure

I will confess that I am partial to the USCIS as an entity. I know many mid-level and senior level USCIS people on a first name basis, seeing them at conferences pretty often and speaking with them about specific issues. I know that they try to juggle many competing goals. So I do not agree that the agency is corrupt or anything like that.
