Am(was) I out of Status for some time

Hi All

I got my first h1 visa stamped in Nov of 1999 valid till nov 2001
Changed my h1 to company B on April 2001 , got a h1 (not visa)
till may 2003 , Company B cancelled my h1 on feb24(2003) (Case status says the h1 was revoked on feb24 2003)
Applied and
got another h1 (not visa) from july16(2003) thru may 2005

I have 2 questions

1) was i out of status for a period from feb24 2003 till july 16 2003

2) If i was out of status how does it effect my visa stamping in

a) Mumbai

b) Mexico

Legal counsels Please advice

2. What a visa officer thinks is still a unknown. However, by going to a US consulate you are fixing the problem. Do you have current paystubs and other docs..
 
Stamping in Mumbai

I have all the paystubs

starting july till date i have all the paystubs excluding month of jan and feb , (I also have all the documents )

So Now I am pretty sure that I should be going to Mumbai consulate

In another thread, you posted that your current approval is from july 2002. Is that a typo?
