Use the above site. On the reports page you can filter records by RD/ND, and EB category and even some of the other dates. The report is in the same format as what totojambo (kid-hello) site. It lets you even sort if you click the different links at the top of the page.

Example : say you want to see only records that have a RD between 05/01/2001 and 06/31/2001. You put those 2 dates in the Start and End Date fields, pick RD in the drop down box and click the filter button. Voila you have only those records. You could go a step further and filter it by EB category.

Anyway, this is just a suggestion. The tool is out there for your use already.

2041 is used for when dates not provide ...

To be able to do sorting correctly and when dates are not provided I used a date way in the future to be a placeholder. However, if the date shows up on the reports I should be replacing it with blank. If its not then send me an email (aos@e-nairobi.com) and will try and fix it.

If you\'d like to discuss further with me email me as I don\'t want to waste board space here discussing code details which I am sure most could not care less.

The site http://www.e-nairobi.com/aos/ is very useful in what you are intending to do. I do no think that any bug exist, if there is any, please bring it to attention, I am sure p5nxp600 can fix it.

This tracker site is quite comprehensive, self reliant, and has features which can easily sort data.

I encourage all of you to use this tracker and update/add your individual data yourself and you will see its utility. This tracker already has lots of data and your new entries/update will add more value to it and you can exactly do things which you intended in this thread.

Guys, please dont reinvent the wheel!

If you guys wants to do some additional analysis, sure you can do that by using the data (either manually, separately on your computer, or using the automatic feature of the tracker) from http://www.e-nairobi.com/aos/. But all of you who have responded here, please add your details in this tracker (http://www.e-nairobi.com/aos/) as well so that we have one comprehensive data list at one place. It does not hurt to enter your data as well. So, all responders to this thread, please enter your data in this tracker as well. We all will benifit from this.
