All the cases of a single company are still in "Case Received and Pending". What might happen???? are they going to be rejected?? There was no RFE issued for company. Is the company bad??? What do we do???
Need more info to make a guess.
Are all the LC approved filed by this company?
Are all the I-140 filed by this company are approved or pending?
Do you mean only I-485 are pending filed by employees of this company?
These are fresh H1B applications. 17 candidates won lottery but none of them got approval yet. None of them even got any RFE.
if they filed with VSC then VSC is slow at this time.
