Age Requirement for Fiance Visa

My brother's fiancée is 16 years old and he is 22. Can she apply for his visa now or she has to be 18?

Yes but immigration is a federal matter. It always is grey area, for example the age of consent in some states is 14...but I bet you if you get caught having sex with a 14 year old you will get in trouble!

Feds..especially feminist inclined, middle age, overweight women at the immigration office would hate to see a man with someone young and beautiful! Must be fraud!!! :eek:
