Hello. My uncle has applied for my parents in 2002 under F4 category for USA. Im over 21 now.But someone told me that this age limit has been extended now or there is any other way to overcome this issue. Any information regarding this issue . Thanx

I think you are referring to the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA).
you need to know when the petition was filed, date approved, priority date became current and etc. to calculate if you qualify.. There's lots of sites that explain how to calculate it...

Just to keep the record straight, your uncle sponsored his sibling only, not both your parents. Whether you will get a GC or not will depend on the dates that LVNV has requested you to furnish.
