After submitting N-652 and Clearance Letters

I had my interview on 12/17/2009 and A decision cannot be made due to my 2nd FP fails. I had to obtain clearance letters from the cities that I've lived in the past 5 years and submitted back to the field office within 30 days from the interview date.

I drop-off all the requested documents in-person at the field office window on 01/15/2010, the officer at the window collected them and made the record on a notebook. I was told I will be contacted within 30-60 days.

Does anyone have the same situation and how long does it take to receive a response by mail or oath letter after submitting clearance letters?

Also, am I supposed to be given a receipt after submitting the documents?
