I've been married since 2003. My husband filed for only I-130. We are waiting now on the interview date to be set. If everything is approved will I be able to come to the US after my interview??

It seems a fair long time to be waiting for approval of I-130. Make sure he submitted DS-230 I and DS-230 II with I-864 and paid consular processing fee of $470. If all is done and I-130 is approved they will forward the case to NVC, after that is approved it goes to US embassy in your country and they schedule an interview during which you will get a stamp in your passport allowing you to freely enter the US. Your green card will be delivered to US address (your husband's home)

The husband was most likely a GC holder and not a citizen when the I-130 was filed.

It seems a fair long time to be waiting for approval of I-130.
