After Divorce do i need to inform US consulate or USCIS

Hello,

I am on H1 and my spouse was on H4, She lived with me in US for 10 months and due to incompatibility issues, We got divorced in India in 2014.

Can you please do let me know on the following -

1. Do i need to inform US consulate or USCIS that I'm divorced now. (If I need to inform, Could you please let me know what's the process to Inform?)

2. this is because i am getting married again next month so my new spouse should not face any problems while attending H4 visa at US consulate in India.

If my new spouse carries my divorce decree will be fine at the time of interview?
