After Biometrics-Timeline for message change

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes for the FP process to be completed? I got biometrics done on the 3rd. Wonder if I get an email from USCIS after the processing is completed.

Which service center did you go to? I had mine done at San Jose. The thing that worries me is I had a "match warning" message pop up for one of my fingers....

Don't worry about pop up message for match since it means that they have information already in system for given finger printing. This happens when they try 2-3 times for same finger printing and at some point it pops up saying that there is a match.


Well I had my Biometric code 3 on Oct-28-2005. LUD change date is Oct 28 and Oct 30 2005. No change of message there on though. Not sure how long it takes to reflect change in message online.

I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 10/28/2005 (Bio code 3), 10/30/05 (dont know why)

got my code 3 biometrics taken at a local center in florida

personally, i wouldn't worry about that pop-up message with "match warning."

Biometric code 3

I did my fingerprint at a local office(Alexandria virginia) on 10/25-05. I called customer service and they told me that my fingerprint was cleared but name check is pending, she also told be that it takes about 6 months to clear. I did the same fingerprint last year. This is what I don't understand taking 6 months to clear and by the time it clears you are getting ready to do another one which will also take 6 months to clear. Come on CIS that is why you will never accomplish anything.

is the number for customer service the same one that we used to schedule an appt. for fingerprinting? do you ask them directly if the fingerprint (and name check) has been cleared?

The number I called is 1-800-375-5283, but to get more information it depends on who you talk to. Some are helpful some are not.

Bio metric: code 3- 10/02/2005 (me & wife)

I-485 LUD: 10/4/05 (self)
I-485 LUD: 10/4/05 (wife)

AP LUD: 09/14/05 (wife, approved)
EAD LUD: 09/21/05 (wife, approved)

11/07/05 - calles USCIS and started enqurity on I140 and it
takes one month to get the feedback)


Any one knows why delay on my I140?

You need the appointment letter and a photo ID(either a driver's license or your passport)
 
I did FP on wednesday and I noticed that there is a LUD for today but the comments did not change. What does that mean?
 
I did my bio code 3 on Nov 19th (scheduled originall for Dec 1st) but I have not had any LUD. Since my original appointment is for tomorrow, I wanted to make sure they have thr FP in their system so they don't assume my case abandoned.
Is there any phone number that I can call and check on that

My wife and me completed code 3 FP in Atlanta ASC on Nov 16/05. No LUD or message changes so far. Is it a reason to worry?

I am in the same situation: had my bio code 3 done in Mid-November (scheduled for Nov. 30th) and so far haven't received anything and LUD hasn't change. Could you find a useful phone number? have you had any updates?
Worried my info coulod be lost and there is no way to find out! :S
 
LUD changes after FP

i got a second LUD change after code 3 FP

first LUD was the next day after FP and the second one was after 20 days

what would this LUD mean?

Same with me. I gave my FP on 11/22 and there was a LUD on 11/22 but nothing after that.
 
I had my FP(code 3) done on January 6(myself. wife and son).
I got an LUD today January 9 for all 3 of us
