What are the requirements for Supporter ?
How much bank balance does he/she need ?
How much salary is needed ?
Can supporter be in another state ?

If you will look at the I-134 form, there is the following option:

1.d "If a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States, give "A" number".

Which means that supporter can be a H1B holder, not only greencard holder. Am I right ?

That depends on the salary. If salary alone is sufficient, there is no need for a bank statement.

How much salary is needed ?

100% of poverty level for your family + the family of the person signing the affidavit.

Can supporter be in another state ? Yes

For I-134, yes. But H1B holder is a non-immigrant, so the affidavit from GC holder or USC has a lot more weight.
