Greetings to you all, I'm new to the forum and and I need your help.

I recently applied for AOS and I have just receive some requests for initial evidence. Basically, my citizen wife does not make enough to sponsor me and we chose to use my income. The problem is that my money must have come from a lawful source and I only have an expired employment document to show. They alos insist that I need to prove that income will keep flowing for the same source one they give me the GC, if they do. Also, I have actually lost the job in question since I filed my AOS and I only have my real estate license [acquired when I was authorized to work] to show.
I need suggestions on how to proceed. Should I just send USCIS the expired EAD? How do I show that money will continue to flow from job that I since lost?

Thank you for your time.

you will need to find a co sponsor, who is currently resident in the USA, try and see if there is a friend or relative who is willing to co-sponsor. (I got the same RFE at the embassy when i applyed for my K1 visa, my husband earned only $50 under the poverty guidelines, but still had to get my father in law to also sponsor.)

I am in the similar situation, my EAD was expired 2 years ago, but i am still working. while filine the paperwork, i included my income, as well as my husband's, but he doesn't make enough. so, i received RFE, stating, that i need to submit an evidence of my authorized work (which i dont have). so i just went ahead and submitted I-864 for the co-sponsor....i hope this will work.....the thing is, that it is already almost 60 days, since i mailed the required paperwork, and i still didn't hear from the USCIS....any advise?
