I did my Masters in the US and graduated this summer 2008. However, my h1 be got approved on oct 2006.
The reason I couldn't graduate are:
I had hospital expenses that made me miss my last semester terribly which dropped my grades to "C". So I retook these courses in Fall 2007. At the end of Fall 2007, my courses were complete but I couldn't afford the tution fees in full to recieve my degree. I graduated this summer 2008.
Am I at risk when I go to visa stamping?
