No, I-140 denial does not end your status as parolee/adjustee. Only denial of I-485 does. However, I-485 denial usually follows the I-140 denial within a few days/weeks if the I-485 is linked to that particular I-140.
 
Update NSC

Did you all see NSC update is Feb 15, 2007, mine was before that date. Is there any one with the same situation????????
 
This is not the first time this year that the dates for NSC are off - there are some January cases (and even December '06 cases) that haven't heard yet.... My RD is just a few days after 2/15 and I haven't heard anything yet.... I know it's stressful but just stay cool... sooner or later something will happen!
