No it won't affect your decision. As long as you have valid proof of your marriage. Congratulations on your offer. Think about the future. USCIS is just one part of your life. Getting a better position usually calls for sacrifices.

Keep proof of you traveling back and forth. Also, if wife travels to see you. Stuff like that shows an ongoing relationship but mainly you just need to same documents as if you are living together. Do you have joint lease, joint bank accounts, joint insurance, wedding pics, marriage license, other pics, all these should be enough. USCIS can't dictate where you work. You should be ok.

I agree with Neshawn . A lot of our friends with consulting jobs do this all the time . You technically "live " at the place where you get all your mail and rent/own a house. If you commute to another place 4 days a week , you could keep proof of travel to and from and may be a letter from your employer explaining that they require you to travel for work.
If all other evidence is solid , your case should be approved.

hmmm, I commute for 2-3 hours every day (and so do many others in ATL metro) every day... I know others who commute 2 hours each way every day. It's not fun, though.
