Advice needed on filing AC-21

What do you suggest, I inform them now and file AC21 or just provide papers which have been asked in RFE? RFE does not mention employment at all.

send what is asked
**it will NOT hurt if you send new employer letter to invoke AC21 or they may send other RFE
** what is your PD? EB3 or EB2?

How to find out whether I-140 is in good condition??
I checked USCIS web site?? status says approved.

Is that good enough??

My 140 was revoked and the current online status is
"On December 8, 2005 the appropriate American Consulate or port of entry was notified by cable, telephone, or fax of the approval of this case."

One more thing regarding filing AC21 after 180 days of I-485 .

I Joined my current employer in Jun'2001. I filed I-485 in Mar'2006 with I-140 approval copy from my previous employer.

Is it Ok to file AC21 with my current employer which I joined in June'2001??

Does the start date with the with my current employer matters??
Or the start date should be after 180 days of I-485 filing??

OR
Should I join a new employer after 180 days of I-485 and get a letter from them and file AC21??

Can you please advise??

-------------------- to request AC21 with pending I-485 you new employer can write letter with recent date. Mr XYZ is working with us as (Job title) and his/her job duties are.........

Is it required to have bonafide intent with the sponsoring employer at the time of I-485 filing??
Actually I filed I-485 with a copy of I-140 approval notice from my previous employer.
My I-485 is close to 180 days in pending status?? I know AC21 will save me with new employer .
Do USCIS will issue RFE to prove my intent that I work for sponsoring employer at the time of I-485 filing??

Please help.

Got an Rfe on I485-copies of all I 94 are required--the problem is , I do not have the first and the second one. I was a student at that time and in 1999 they used to use the same I94 number so i have the number.I also have the I120 form issued to the students and can show that was never out of status.

My question is if i submit the I94 i have and not all of them as asked in the RFE will they reject my application?and will loose all my hope and dreams... :(
