Advice for international pleasure travel on TD

URGENT: Advice for international pleasure travel on TD

My wife is on TD visa in US and will be traveling to Canada for a week with our US son and without me. Will she need any specific documents for visa purposes to get back in to the US? Will she need to surrender her I-94 on her way out? She is leaving tomorrow and I didn't think about this until now. Please let me know!

She WILL need a notarized permission letter from you. This is always the case. She keeps her I-94.
