Advanced Parole question and return flight tickets

Hi,
So the fiance comes here on Dec 11. Probably get married around the 20th. File papers for AOS: I-485, EAD, and AP soon after. Any idea how long the AP takes? It says 3 months in general. Could a file be stuck for some reason?

I ask so I can plan a specific date for the return ticket for the fiance. Seems like I will be buying a round trip ticket for her. Is April 30th, 4 months, enough time for AP to come through? Or is it cutting it close? May 30 could be fine too if needed. Thanks.

so sorry about to ask again: Any idea about the time it takes for the AP to be granted? roughly 3-4 months? And what about the AOS interview? Is it roughly 6 months from the date of filing?

Trying to juggle a visit after AP and before the AOS interview and booking flight tickets etc. May be it is trying to do too much too soon. May be we should just rest, get the whole legal process over with, get the AOS done, and then think of other things.
