Advance Parole problem

My wife has H4 approval notice validity till 2005 march. The H4 visa stamp is expired long back. My wife has advance parole but it is going to be expired by Jan 28th. My problem is she has to
stay in India till march for her brother marriage. Now my question is whether she can get H4 stamping in chennai to re-enter USA? If yes will it affect our Green card processing. Or is it possible to apply for renwal of advance parole while she is in INdia? Please advice. Our processing center is california. It is taking six months to get renewed advance parole. I wish if it is possible to walk in and get a new one? Please advice?
 
My question is are you still on H1? If you are no longer on H1, then she cannot apply for H4.

I am still on H1 and have valid H1 Visa Stamp. However my wife's H4 stamp is expired. Somehow my attorney was saying my wife's H4 visa stamp might be refused in India as she has advance parole. I don't know how chennai officials might have that information. But since my attorney raised this doubt I am taking her advice to renew the advance parole.
 
Don’t depend on Chennai consulate for H4 visa stamp many are struck they are asking truck load of documents from H1 visa holder and if you have been on BENCH or your salary was paid less then LCA then more problems, better apply immediately for new AP and she should depart US when she gets AP, she can not apply AP from India it has to be applied IN US
