Advance Parole in 30 days

USCIS stupids are not approving my wife's 485, but they have approved the advance parole within 30 days. I got my 485 approved two years back, but still holding dependent 485. It's been 7 years since I applied my labor.

This has nothing to do with stupid or genus; it is when the FBI clears her name unless there is another reason for that delay. enjoy your life with your GC and she will be approved any time.

A delay like this is stupid. They can request the FBI to expedite a name check that has been pending for a long time, and they have even boldly declared that the name checks pending for more than 6 months have all been completed.

I dont think I can agree its stupid.
If her/his lastname is popular or triggers many record in the FBI system, it make sense it could take a while to check all "leads".
But anyways after 4 years of waiting, I would file WOM !!

A multi-year delay for a background check is stupid. Period.

nothing to do with security check. her last name is my first name and first name is a common name in hindu religion. there are millions of people with that name in India.
