Hi,
My wife and kid are showing the following message on the online status tracking.
On November 22, 2002, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours.
The RFE was for undelying I140 approval, which in this case is not valid as she does not have I140, she is using my I140 as base as I am the one who is been the primary applicant. My status is as follows:
On December 9, 2002, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 150 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
Does anyone have any idea - what's going on ?
Thanks
