Advance parole expiring and travel to India

Hi friends,

My wife's AP is expiring on Jan 1st 2010.
She is planning to India trip from 30th OCT - 30thDEC.

Can she come back just one day before of AP expiring date?

Can I apply for her AP renewal while she is in India?

Can she have any issue while coming back on 30th Dev because I will have applied for her AP renewal in Oct or Nov?

Yes she can, but put some days for any unexpected delay(delay in flight, bad wheather, .....etc)

No, she should be in US

No issue if she land before 12:00 AM the day of expiration and as stated above you can not apply while she is abroad.
