Advance Parole & EAD filing

Ok, here is the scenario. I am not from India or China..My labour will be filed in Perm in the next few weeks in EB2. I can file I-140 and I-484 concurrently. I would like to know if I can file for advance parole and EAD along with that as well or will I have to wait to I-140 approval. I know that in non concurrent filing you have to wait for I-140 approval but in some posts here I have read that people have filed for EAD and AP along with their concurrent filing.

What do the experts here have to say? Any thoughts?

Present practice is you can file EAD AP with I-485 filing. USCIS has planned to discontinue concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485, wait for the date to be announced. If that happens before you are able to file then your employer has to file only I-140 and I-485, EAD AP can be filed after I-140 is approved. USCIS has also plan to introduce Premium processing for I-140

I am from non retro country.so can i file ead/ap/140/485.together.i know it can be done if EB2 RIR what about if my case is EB3 RIR will that qualify to file ead/ap immediately.any inputs.

You know thats my thought as well that if you are not from India/china then you can file for I-140/I-485/EAD/AP concurrently. I even saw some approvals here for AP and EAD before I-140 approval.

It doesn't matter if you are EB2 or EB3, just if your PD is current.

I have 2 labors pending one is EB3 RIR and one is EB2-RIR.which one can i file concurrently next.My EB3 labor is with PD may 2004.
 
I guess you can only file concurrently if your priority date is current and 2004 doesnt look like it...Whats is the PD on your EB2 labor?
