Advance Parole Delayed

I485 applied in May 2002. Applied for Adv Parole renewal in Apr 2003. Self approved in June 2003. Wife's pending . 7 months over. What shall I do? Any Suggestions please.
 
apply for a new AP (there is no renewal concept for AP).
Call NSC and generate an enquiry meanwhile
 
Call NCSC on 1-800-375-5283, have your wife AP receipt #
Also apply for new AP as NCSC will just note down the receipt # and will send the enquiry status to BCIS service center and you may get a reply after 50-60 days. Better file new AP for spouse
 
same here

except for mine is also pending... :confused:

I did call the 800# a few weeks ago, the rep was ok, but no much he can do(?) except for sending a "what's the status" inquiry. Was told to give them 60 days to reply, but get the reply from TSC rather promptly, like in a week...

A piece of paper printed "Your Status Is" and a hand written word "Pending"... That's all... faint.:mad:
 
Visit your congressman office or talk to his/ her immigration liaison department, provide the AP filing reciept copy by fax and lodge a complaint
Also better to apply new AP
