Advance parole+7th year

I have a very unique situation and need some advise.

I will finish my 6years on DEC 21st 2003 and so will my stamp expire.

I have my 7th year extension H! available
I have also recieved my Advance parole.


Question1: Can I go to India and come back without any stamp in my passport by using advance parole but still work on my 7th year H1 ? I havent recieved my EAD yet

Yes, U can use AP and still continue on H1

If you have 6-8 weeks time to to visit India you can also Revalidate your H1B and get H1B Visa stamp in your passport by sending your Passport to Department in US and after that you can enter using the H1b visa stamp. for revalidation your passport should have H1b visa expired not more than 1 year, if you never got your passport H1b Visa sticker you cant do it in US
