My brother had his B visa revoked at port of entry today. He was visiting his fiancee (6 year relationship), they said he had made too many trips in a short space of time. They did however grant him parole for one week. They confiscated his passport. What are the implications if he marries his fiancee this week and wants to file for adjustment of status? Can anything be done to prevent him from having to leave in 7 days.

Anyone else been in a similar situation?
Please help!

With a week's duration? Well he needs to leave within a week then. Have they given him instructions on how to retrieve/collect his passport on the way out? I've never heard of this before, but they key issue is to leave before the I-94 expires.

He is leaving within the 7 days. They told him to report back to the airport to collect his passport. His fiance is going to apply for the K visa for him.
