I initially posted my questions on the "family based" forum, but I realize now that this is the right place.
My NIW I-140 was approved and I-485 is pending (the priority date is "current"). I am now filing I-485 for my wife and kids. They are at the US, maintaining their non-immigrant status (J1 wife/J2 kids). Do I need to submit Affidavit of Support with their applications?
Does anyone have a checklist of what is needed for such application?
