Adjustment of Status from F-1 to F-4

Hello:

My father's brother applied for an immigration for my parents and I 10+ years ago. This petition became current when I was 20 and we submitted medical and financial papers. The case was under administrative processing for 4 years and now my parents got a letter saying their visa has been approved and that mine is still under processing. They also acknowledged that I come under Child Status Protection Act.

I am now age 24.5 and working under OPT legally after graduating from a US college with an Master's. My employer has filed for an H-1 visa for me. My father inquired the immigration visa officers in my home country whether I can change my status from my current F-1 to F43 somehow and they told us that I can.

Can someone advise me, given my current situation? I would like to change my status from my current OPT under F-1 visa to F43 visa while staying in the US and not losing my current job. How can this be done?

Thanks,

Edit: The visa my father just got is F41 visa. I would like to get a F43 visa since I am a child of the holder of F41 visa (immigration visa).

Thanks,
