address to send docs to

Hey guys,

which address shld the initial docs - ds3035, fee, ds2019 etc be sent to, if u r using a courier service like fedex, the PO Box in St Louis, MO or waiver review division, 1001 convention plaza, st louis MO ? I think i saw somewhere that we shld not send docs to the latter address however fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes.
 
The packet you generated online should give St. Louis PO address. That's where I mailed my packet using USPS confirmed delivery postage. It was delivered in a couple of days without any problems.

The packet has a page for embassy to mail no-objection - and this one has a Washington address.

The online case page has this address for additional documents and it specifies that it's for " When sending items which have been requested"

I mailed my recommendation letters to this one, and it took them about 2 weeks to update my case. So, I would avoid Washington address for initial paperwork.
