address change..notification fromTSC

Hi,
I changed my address to CA from TX and updated the new address over phone on mine 7 my wife I-485 applications.

few days back I recieved a confirmation from Homeland security about my address changed on I-485 but not recieved anything related to my wife.

Is this a common situation that only primary applicant will recive the change of address notification and not the secondary.

can some one in the same boat let me know so that i can call 800 number and try to findout about my wife address change too.

if DHS asking for wife's address, So do it fast by calling OR sending letter about your wife address. its all depends some times they ask some time not but if they are asking specifically, so do it, dont wait

-----------write letter to service center for address change on your I-485( if you

have spouse I-485 pending He/she also need to change address on her/his

I-485 by writing letter AND updating NCSC) or any pending petition with them provide your past and NEW address,

attach I-485 receipt copy, write your name, DOB, A# on cover letter. Send

the letter to your service center with certified return receipt and out side

the envelope write in big bold letters ATTENTION: ADDRESS CHANGE

----- if secondary also updated then he/she will also get letter. better write to service center as stated above and also let your wife update NCSC ( I dont believe in NCSC they are BS)

------better update USCIS where her I-485 is pending provide copy of her I-485 reciept and send change of address on her I-485, she need to sign the cover letter with name as on I-485 reciept her A#, DOB and Past address and NEW address
