It's very important!!
I need your input here ... My wild guess is, some strange stuff is happening with my case ,some how i dont see any LUD changes or message change for major updates. I did my FP on Oct'06th no update, RFE answered 70 days back for I-140 still no update , Address change (Oct'27) s no update, asked for status inquiry 10 days back on I140 still waiting....
Do you see any issue with message not getting updated ? Did anyone faced this problem ?
what should be my next step ?

We received our mail confirmation in about 30 days each time. The online status changed some time prior to that (to the "...we responded to your request..." message).
Until you get the mail confirmation and the LUD/message change I'd keep trying -- getting your address changed seems to be somewhat hit and miss (it took us 3 tries and my wife's FP notice *still* went to the wrong address).

How do you confirm that with USCIS ? I mean, do you call the Service center or the National Customer Service Center.
I am in the same boat, have changed address after filing I 140 /I 485. I have already sent out my AR 11, but I did not know one can confirm the change of address from USCIS.
Please share your info.

Call USCIS customer care service 1-800-375-5283, say that you have pending cases and need to update with new address .
You will be asked with.

Just to clarify, filing the AR-11 does *not* update your address for pending cases at the USCIS. You must call the USCIS NCSC for that.
I'm not positive but I believe that at one point when I called them to check whether the address change had gone through I was told that they didn't have access to our address information and the only option (if we thought that maybe the address change hadn't gone through) was to file the address change again.
But, my wife called them recently and this time they were apparently able to access our address information and confirm on the spot that they had the correct address...
