Hi Guys,
I'm in process of adjusting my status and established a plan, hopefully to get a green card soon. Can you please provide me with feedback on where I'm wrong/what should be done differently? All answers are highly appreciated.

BACKGROUND:
* Came to US on J-2 (Work & Travel Visa) in 2005
* Fell in love, changed my visa to B-2 for 6 months (before J-2 expired)
* My now-wife was a green-card holder at the time
* We got married before my B-2 expired, and she filled i-130 for me
* I overstayed my status (for 2.5 years), kept working, paying taxes no problems with the law
* My wife is due for the Citizenship Oath next week

PLAN OF ACTION:
* Once she has her certificate of naturalization we're planning to fill I-485 with the package of remaining forms
* I'm attaching the copy of I-130 she already filled for me in 2006 ( should I re-file it again, or copy is enough)?
* Should I get a lawyer, or is it pretty straight forward?
* What can be a potential issue?

Any feedback is highly appreciated

Attach a copy of your wife's naturalization certificate, and a copy of the I-130 receipt or approval notice (if approved) with the I-485. You should be fine; it's pretty straight-forward.
