Hi gurus,

I am new user for this thread.I have some basic Ac21 questions
I am in EB2 category and i filed concurrenly in 140/485 in March 2004.
My 140 got approved in March 2005.I am on 8th year extension.I got my 2nd EAD/AP.In my company there will be a layoff this week.So my question is

1.If i get a new offer,can i join them with my EAD and i have to apply for AC21??In that case my H1 will be invalid??

2.what are things needed for Ac21??

3.After joining within 1 week if i get my 485 approval what is my status??

4.Can the approved 140 can be revoked by previous employer any time??

-------------- you can join new employer and invoke AC21, but the use of EAD will invalidate the H1 status( better join with H1 trasfer and you can also extend your H1 based on pending I-485)
2.what are things needed for Ac21??
----------- cover letter for request to invoke AC21+ new employer permanent job offer letter with same/similar job+ I-485 filing reciept copy
3.After joining within 1 week if i get my 485 approval what is my status??
------------ better invoke AC21 before I-485 gets approved
4.Can the approved 140 can be revoked by previous employer any time??
---------- yes, but if your I-485 is pending more than 180 days and I-140 is approved then you are safe.

Thanks al lot for your reply.My 140/485 processed concurrently on March 2004.So 180 days passed already and 140 approved..So they cant revoke??How does it works??
