AC21 Question

I know the Job description(duties to be performed) and Job title should match with LC if one invokes AC21, but is it possible to work on different skill set than described in original LC.

Can someone work on Java technologies as described to ASP,VB in orginal LC Document.

I wonder how USCIS will look into wheather you are working on JAVA or ASP or they just belive on the offer letter provided by employer.
