AC21 question

Hello all,
My I-140 was approved last month and I-485 was concurrently filed with this and is pending for 200+ days now. I am getting a better offer from a client that I work for. Please share your experience here - if I accept this new offer that has almost the same responsibilities and pay is lot more than specified in the labor. Can I use my EAD here and play safe, before I see the final 485 approval. I am assuming the worst case scenario would be if my 485 is rejected, I would be out of status. Can I take the risk of working on EAD.

EB3 and PD is 2004.

--------------- you can use your EAD, use of EAD is not safe as you posted better join new employer with H1 trasfer and try to maintain H1 stats and H1 status is good back up
