AC21 Portability in case File is in Local Office

Hi All,

I am new to this portal.

My i-485 (EB-2 FD 02/08/2002) recently got transfered to Baltimore local office from Vermont on March 28th.

Don't know how long have to wait now. Got used to waiting.

In the mean time I would like to know where I should sedn the AC21 protability package. I have prepared the package with all the documen ts required.

Should I send it to Vermont Service center or Baltimore or to both?

Any ideas. Anybody on the same boat or encountered this situation....Please help.

You certainly shouldn't send it to VSC, since you file is no longer there. To be honest, I would not send anything. Since you will have an interview you will be asked for the information then, wether you send it beforehand or not.
